Legacy: 35+ Years of Success

Founded in Sabetha, Kansas in 1969, MAC Equipment now employs over 350 people at four U.S. locations. Through acquisition and mergers, MAC has developed into the largest U.S. supplier of Air Filtration and Pneumatic Injection, and Pneumatic Conveying expertise and equipment. Worldwide installations and a long list of
satisfied customers stand as proof of our success and commitment.

With the acquisition of MAC Equipment by Clyde Process Solutions in April 2007, MAC entered an exciting new phase in its development. Clyde Process Solutions plc, a UK-listed company also owns and operates Clyde Materials Handling, a conveying and injection technologies company, targeted predominately at the metals and minerals markets. CPS has now integrated Clyde Materials Handling with MAC Equipment to establish a powerful provider of process technologies for the North American market.

The union of MAC Equipment and Clyde Materials Handling has created a process solutions provider who is focused on improving the efficiency and productivity of their key customer markets and
who is committed to setting the industry standard for innovation,
product quality and customer service.

MAC Equipment can now offer the process industry an even wider range of pneumatic conveying, pneumatic injection and air filtration solutions.
