Air Handling Systems &
Replacement Coils
Engineering the Right Air Handling Solution
for 45 Years.
Designing systems which are more efficient and occupy less space is a challenge which confronts mechanical engineers today more than ever. Air handling units are one of the largest space consumers in any mechanical system. Because standard air handling units are only available in predetermined dimensions, and with limited capabilities, custom air handling systems are provided
to meet special requirements and performance capabilities.
Take Comfort in Mainstream Custom
Air Handling Systems
Mainstream’s custom air handling systems are the
most effective way to meet the requirements of
today’s unique applications, while providing a level of comfort that surpasses client expectations. Comfort, knowing that the equipment has been designed and selected to perfectly suit the application. Comfort, knowing that the cost will be within budget. Comfort, knowing that the delivery will meet the project schedule. And comfort, knowing that the level of quality is in a class of its own.
Five Reasons to Consider Mainstream for
Your Next Project
1. Design Assistance:
By working very closely with you to integrate our equipment into a system, Mainstream takes the hassle out of air handling unit design. This allows you to focus on the project at hand. Our engineers generate layout drawings and performance data tailored specifically for every project.
2. Lead Time:
Mainstream provides detailed submittal data including equipment layouts and performance data in as little as 24 hours, depending on project requirements. Standard lead time for our CTM Series is 8-12 weeks, and 5-7 weeks on our MLR Series. Units can be shipped in as little as 15 business days in emergency situations.
3. Factory Preparation:
Pre-wired components ranging from variable frequency drives and marine-grade lighting to pre-piped components such as coils and humidifiers greatly reduce installation time and associated labor costs. Factory preparation ensures that all components will function properly at start-up.
4. Efficiency:
By tempering air streams with components such as energy recovery wheels, air-to-air heat exchangers and heat-pipe coils, energy consumption can be drastically reduced, resulting in lower operating costs while protecting the environment.
5. Initial Cost:
By employing a team of keenly focused engineers and support staff who are knowledgeable in all aspects of custom air handling systems and dedicated to a solutions-oriented approach, Mainstream is able to deliver a superior product at a reasonable cost.
